Now that we’ve installed the new roof on our 11th Street Corridor condominium, The Linnea, we can begin preparing the space for its future use: outdoor living space across two private roof decks accompanied by a green roof! But first, we tackle proper drainage. We’ve created channels using subtle sloping to ensure unimpeded drainage through three roof drains.
