At our four-unit luxury condo building in Adams Morgan, we constantly work to strike the perfect balance between the historic and the modern by highlighting some of the structure’s original elements while utilizing state of the art construction and design innovation. For example, we’ve treated exposed original brickwork and are installing a premium-grade fireproof, mold-resistant flooring underlayment to protect and extend the life of the floors. We are making wonderful progress at The Barlow and we look forward to sharing the completed project soon!
